What's included in the Starter plan?
The Starter plan costs $10 to start, then $1 per 1,000 transactions processed. It includes access to all 100+ supported networks, real-time delivery to one of three self-serve destinations, shared network compute, and self-serve setup.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Advanced or Dedicated at any time. Downgrades are handled through our support team. Annual plans include a 15% discount.
What counts as a "transaction" for billing?
A transaction is one processed blockchain event that passes through your pipeline. Events that are filtered out before processing are not counted.
Is there a free trial?
The Starter plan at $10 is the lowest barrier to entry. There is no free tier, but setup takes minutes and you only pay for what you process.
What's the difference between shared and dedicated infrastructure?
Shared infrastructure runs your pipelines on multi-tenant compute with sub-3-second latency and 99.9% uptime SLA. Dedicated infrastructure gives you isolated compute with sub-500ms latency, 99.99% uptime SLA, and priority support.
